In our daily life we are exposed to various sources that emit Blue light such as TV screens, PC monitors and LED lights to emphasis the brightness. Blue light waves create glare and flickers making the outline of images unclear. Tokai TBC Blue anti-glare coating effectively cuts the blue light waves to provide enhanced optical performance and a more comfortable wearer experience. Tokai TBC  can be applied to all Tokai 1.76 clear lenses but can also be applied by request to some of the Tokai 1.76 Transitions VII products

The 1.76 index material is the world’s thinnest spectacle lens and is available in a wide range of lens choices. The. Tokai 1.76index material can also be tinted to a full sunglass tint. Tokai 1.76 index lens range is as follows.

Tokai Neuroscience - the new cutting edge approach to varifocal lens design.

Traditionally, varifocal lenses were designed by examining the mapping of the eye and looking at how the eye works in relation to the surface of a varifocal lens and the different viewing zones. The eye however acts purely as a mechanism to transmit an image to the brain, which then deciphers the information to produce the image that you see.
